Our return Policy is as follows:
If you receive your merchandise and it is damaged contact customer service by sending an email with order # with short detail so that our team can resolve the matter.
If you are unsatisfied and would like to exchange or receive a store credit you are responsible for shipping fees and will receive store credit or item for equal value. In order to receive store credit we have to have the item(s) back in office within 5 days of receiving.
If you would like to exchange for a different size we will need to receive merchandise back within 5 days of receiving and you are solely responsible for all shipping fees. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK WITHOUT RETURN APPROVAL. It is a case by case scenario.
